Licor Beirão is extremely versatile and goes well with almost everything. Perfect neat as an aperitif, mixed in a cocktail, added to your espresso (topped with whipped cream) or an ingredient in a sweet or savoury recipe. 
To release one of the key ingredients of Licor Beirão, add 60ml of Licor Beirão to a tall glass with ice and mix with 150ml of freshly squeezed orange juice (if you can get ones from the Algarve, then even better). Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint for a delicious and refreshing drink.
Fancy a dessert? Stir 30ml of Licor Beirão into a lemon yoghurt and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Creamy deliciousness ready to be enjoyed.
