General description-
Red Monsaraz Wine Alentejo DOC 750ml
Manual harvesting, destemming and pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for about 8 days, with timed pumping over. After fermentation the wine is divided into 2 batches, one part is in French oak and the other in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the two batches are mixed and then bottled.
