REGUENGOS
The grapes coming from the harvest of our associates are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (28ºC). During this period, maceration or tanning is carried out for 15 days. The wine is partially matured in deposit and the rest is aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
